Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samir Oheat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oheat has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! The key to victory for Alex Anderson has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alex Anderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Samir Oheat! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Sano and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Oheat swivels and escapes. Oheat looks gassed! Anderson tries to bum rush Oheat with a series of wild strikes but Oheat uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Excellent takedown into side control there by Anderson. Anderson creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Oheat sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Anderson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Oheat keeps working. Anderson moves into full mount! Anderson looking to finish with strikes here!
That's one minute gone in the round. Anderson trying to control but he's not successful this time. Anderson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Anderson sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Anderson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Anderson lands a nice shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anderson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Oheat is looking to escape. Anderson working for a guillotine from mount but Oheat is in no mood to give up. Anderson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Oheat has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Oheat!

Anderson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Anderson is looking to control Oheat's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Anderson avoid being mounted? Oheat should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Oheat is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Anderson dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Anderson works Oheat's body with a nice hook. Anderson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Oheat doesn't seem bothered though. Anderson closes the distance and clinches up with Oheat, looking for a takedown. Anderson pushes Oheat against the cage but Oheat circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Anderson shoots in and drives through. Oheat sprawls well. Anderson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Anderson wants to control from the top but Oheat keeps moving.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Alex Anderson. Anderson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex Anderson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Anderson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Oheat sprawls well. Oheat wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Anderson gets slowly back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Oheat wants to get back to his feet but Anderson is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Anderson is working the ground and pound from guard. Anderson is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Anderson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Oheat walks away with a smile on his face. Anderson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Anderson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Oheat! Anderson working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Anderson swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Oheat is now in Anderson's guard. A big mistake from Anderson there, giving up the dominant position! Oheat drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Anderson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Oheat has Anderson in his guard. Oheat has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Anderson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Oheat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Anderson dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
The fight stays on the outside here - Oheat looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Oheat circles away from the clinch attempt.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Anderson blocks a jab. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Anderson. Oheat shrugs it off though. Anderson wants to clinch. Oheat takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Anderson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Anderson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Oheat avoids it really well and circles away. Some wild striking there from Anderson.
Anderson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Anderson trying to stall but Oheat improves his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Anderson pulls Oheat into guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Anderson tries to control but Oheat wriggling away. Anderson landing punches. Anderson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Oheat can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oheat is squirming around, avoiding Anderson's attempts to control the action. Anderson working the ground and pound effectively.
Anderson stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Anderson rushes Oheat and presses him up against the cage. Oheat tries to break free but Anderson pushes him back against the cage. Oheat prevents the takedown attempt.

Oheat gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Anderson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Oheat smiles and moves away.

Anderson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Oheat is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Oheat can't keep his opponent in guard - Anderson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Alex Anderson showed his dominance in that final round. Well Anderson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
