Bambrough comes to the cage accompanied by Rock You Like A Hurricane. Donaldson has chosen Gear Jammer as his entrance music. Dan Bambrough has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Bambrough! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Don Donaldson! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Jonathan Paton and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - Bambrough throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Bambrough scores with a jab. Donaldson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Don Donaldson has been cut. Bambrough looks to land a right hand but Donaldson moved out of range. Bambrough tried to score with a low kick but Donaldson checks it. Donaldson works over Bambrough's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Dan Bambrough has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bambrough lands a glancing blow to the side of Donaldson's head. Bambrough swings for the body but Donaldson moves out of range.
Bambrough tries to land a front kick but Donaldson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Donaldson misses with a kick to the body and Bambrough connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bambrough throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Donaldson sees it coming and avoids it easily. Donaldson misses with a shot to the body and Bambrough counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Bambrough pressing his opponent against the cage. Donaldson tries to break free but Bambrough pushes him back against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Donaldson's face as he tries to break the clinch. Bambrough has Donaldson pressed against the cage, preventing Donaldson from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Donaldson can't break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Donaldson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Donaldson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Bambrough counters with a crisp right hand that drops Donaldson! Bambrough lets Donaldson back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Donaldson is rocked! Bambrough lands an uppercut, right on the button! Donaldson tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dan Bambrough! Dan Bambrough retains his heavyweight title!
