Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brutas Beefcake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claude Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beefcake comes into the arena with The BeefCake blaring out of the sound system. Claude Thompson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brutas Beefcake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Claude Thompson!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beefcake has a takedown stuffed.
Claude Thompson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thompson stuffs the takedown attempt from Beefcake. Beefcake gets slowly back to his feet.
Beefcake takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Thompson lands the left hand.
It looks like Brutas Beefcake has been cut.
Thompson tries to score with a low kick but Beefcake moves his leg out of the way.
Thompson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Thompson gets a takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Thompson throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Beefcake on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Beefcake might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Thompson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Beefcake is rocked!
Thompson working over Beefcake with some ground and pound. Beefcake looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Oh Beefcake is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Thompson drops an elbow to the side of Beefcake's head.
Thompson slips a nice elbow through Beefcake's hands, connecting with Beefcake's forehead.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thompson lands strikes from half guard.
Thompson is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Beefcake is hurt! He's hurt bad - Thompson fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Beefcake from any more punishment! Congratulations to Thompson! Great finish!
