Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Waynne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve Austin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bruce Waynne! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Waynne defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Austin. Waynne fails in his attempt to clinch. Waynne throws a lazy right hand but Austin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Austin scores with a takedown into Waynne's guard. Austin prevents Waynne from getting back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Waynne being controlled here, momentarily. Waynne wants to get back to his feet but Austin is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Austin looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Waynne wants to stand and escape but Austin is having none of it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Waynne can do anything to dispel that myth. Waynne keeping full guard, as Austin tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Waynne gets in close and instigates a clinch. Waynne lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Austin backwards. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Austin keeps control of Waynne as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Waynne scores with a shoulder strike. Austin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Waynne walks away with a smile on his face. Austin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Waynne scores with a jab to the jaw. Waynne throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Austin. Waynne throws a right and a left that Austin avoids nicely. Waynne punishes Austin's body with a nice straight punch. Waynne lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Steve Austin has been cut. Bruce Waynne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Austin is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Waynne tries to close the distance and clinch but Austin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Waynne thows a body shot but no joy. Austin staying out of range there. Austin looks to score with a jab to the body but Waynne is just out of range. Waynne sends Austin crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Waynne is motioning to the referee to let Austin up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Waynne slaps away a takedown attempt from Austin, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Austin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Waynne drops Austin with a huge uppercut! Austin drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Waynne is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
