Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Wayne Parr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hatiko Arigato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parr comes to the cage accompanied by Remedy. Hatiko Arigato has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Wayne Parr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hatiko Arigato! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parr swats away the attempt to clinch by Arigato. Arigato tries to clinch but Parr is having none of it. Arigato lands with an overhand left.
It looks like John Wayne Parr has been cut. Arigato catches Parr with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Arigato throws a body punch but Parr moves out of range. Parr throws a head kick that half lands.
Arigato throws a lazy right hand but Parr sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Arigato throws a right hand that Parr ducks under and follows up with a left that Parr also avoids with ease. Parr keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Parr throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Arigato was covering up waiting for the punch and Parr finishes the takedown easily into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Arigato looking to hit a scissor sweep but Parr is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Arigato looking to control.
Parr tries to stand but Arigato is controlling from the bottom. Arigato controls Parr momentarily but Parr frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Parr pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Arigato is keeping the position for now. Parris looking to pass into half guard but Arigato pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Arigato is in guard. Arigato passes into half guard. Parr manages to get to full guard.
Arigato wants to stand and escape but instead Parr has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arigato keeping moving, preventing Parr from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Arigato lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Parr! Arigato unloads with some shots from mount but Parr bucks and avoids them well.
Parr holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Arigato tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Arigato in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Arigato looking to control but Parr is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Parr is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Arigato misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Arigato trying to control but Parr is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Parr is aware though and is defending well. Parr looking to pass the guard. Arigato is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Parr takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Parr wants to hit a switch here but Arigato passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Parr there! Parr gets back to half guard. Arigato is keen to just control but Parr is a slippery customer. Arigato thows a huge punch but Parr dodges it nicely.
Arigato tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Parr. Arigato not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arigato missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Parr is looking for a sweep. Arigato is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Arigato is stalling here. Parr is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Arigato seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Parr has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Parr advances to full mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Parr can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Arigato is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Parr is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Arigato has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Arigato! Arigato pushing down on Parr's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Arigato seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Parr does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Arigato throws a strike but Parr avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Arigato slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Arigato throwing strikes but missing, from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Hatiko Arigato will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on John Wayne Parr's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Arigato pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Arigato cracks Parr with a good jab. Parr scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Arigato trying to control from the bottom.
The fighters are battling for position here. Arigato manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Parr is sitting in close to Arigato's body. Arigato has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Parr is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Parr is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Arigato.
