Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Valentino's guard.
Valentino is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Valentino keeping moving, preventing Woo from controlling successfully.
Valentino is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Woo won't allow Valentino to sweep him here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Valentino accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Valentino postures up in Woo's guard and throws a big left but Woo blocks it.
Valentino must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Valentino controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Woo wants to sweep but no luck.
Woo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Valentino doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Woo is tightening it up a little... Valentino has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Valentino reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Valentino taps out! nice BJJ there by Woo!
