Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Vasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and all inn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Vasquez might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Careless Whisper. Michael Vasquez looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasquez fails with a takedown attempt.
Vasquez gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
inn drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and inn jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vasquez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
so inn counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Vasquez had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. inn is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Vasquez Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take inn's back instead.
Vasquez is trying to stick to inn's back but inn is turning into Vasquez. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Vasquez's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by inn.
inn wants to pass the guard but Vasquez is keeping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vasquez is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Vasquez passes to side control.
inn is looking for a sweep.
Vasquez is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. inn knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
