The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts jackson as he jumps to the side.
jackson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
jackson throws a strike but Silva rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
jackson wants to stand but Silva is controlling the position.
Silva is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Silva stops jackson from standing up.
