Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between chuck Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azubuike Bongani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monster has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. chuck Monster has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, chuck Monster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Azubuike Bongani! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bongani throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Monster. Bongani shoots in and bounces Monster off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Bongani stands and steps away. Monster gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Bongani tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Monster swivels and escapes. Monster avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bongani closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Bongani wants to lay and pray for a moment but Monster keeps working. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bongani slips a nice elbow through Monster's hands, connecting with Monster's forehead. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Monster is refusing to be controlled, as Bongani sits in half guard. Bongani is trying to work for a kimura but Monster is defending well.
Bongani decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Monster moves into range and clinches up with Bongani. Bongani pulls guard. Bongani looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bongani is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Bongani looking for a sweep. Not yet Bongani, not yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bongani is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Bongani working a defensive guard here.
Bongani looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Monster puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bongani tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Monster manages to move to mount!
Bongani tries to hold on but Monster postures up. Monster really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Monster is breathing heavily. Bongani regains half guard. Bongani trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Azubuike Bongani dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Bongani shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Monster as he jumps to the side. Bongani tries to clinch but Monster moves away and Monster counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Bongani slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Monster stops Bongani from standing up. Monster lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bongani holds on and takes a little breather.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bongani controls Monster momentarily but Monster frees himself. Monster throwing strikes but missing. Bongani controlling Monster's posture. Bongani's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bongani striking off his back but it's not causing Monster any problems. Bongani wants to stand and escape but Monster is having none of it. Bongani looking to hit a scissor sweep but Monster is one step ahead there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bongani is looking for a triangle here but Monster uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Bongani wants to control but Monster postures up. Bongani is trying to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bongani stuck in half guard on the bottom here. Bongani gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Bongani is looking to control Monster's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bongani avoid being mounted? The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bongani moves into full guard.

chuck Monster dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Bongani has his takedown stuffed and Monster counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Monster. Bongani jumps guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bongani holds on and takes a little breather. Monster wanted to stand there but Bongani had control of the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bongani trying to control the position here. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Azubuike Bongani. Bongani closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Monster did well to prevent Bongani getting side control. Bongani decides to return to a standing position. Monster misses with a takedown and Bongani counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Monster's guard now. Bongani is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bongani stands up and waves to Monster to follow him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A low kick from Bongani misses and Monster counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bongani won't be happy with that. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bongani manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Bongani is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Bongani winds up and cracks Monster with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bongani with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Monster is trying to stand back up but Bongani is controlling him
Bongani is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Bongani stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Monster to get to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bongani shoots in looking for a takedown. Monster tries to sprawl out of it but Bongani keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Monster manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Bongani tries to clinch but Monster moves out of range. Bongani doesn't succeed with the takedown and Monster counters by moving into the clinch. chuck Monster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Azubuike Bongani. Bongani gets control of Monster's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bongani will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Bongani has his feet on Monster's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
And that's the end of the fight! Azubuike Bongani comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Bongani has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
