Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Albert Renard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nacho Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Renard might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Daily Round - Hacrid. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Diaz had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Renard is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Diaz Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Renard's back instead.
Even with his hooks in, Diaz manages to miss with strikes from the back.

Renard is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet.
