Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Buck Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Je (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buck Jr's entrance music is Converge - Worms Will Feed. A fine choice. Je comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I Can't Decide kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buck Jr throws a low kick but Je avoids it.
Buck Jr shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Je defends it nicely.
Buck Jr thows a body shot but no joy.
Ray Je seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Buck Jr has Je up against the cage in a clinch.
Buck Jr looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Buck Jr looking to stall.
Je prevents a takedown attempt there.
Je prevents Buck Jr from breaking the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Je pushes off an throws an elbow but Buck Jr leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Je pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

and Buck Jr counters with a shoot takedown. Je fights it but they end up in guard.
Je keeping moving, preventing Buck Jr from controlling successfully.

Je is looking to stand up but Buck Jr isn't so interested in that idea.
Buck Jr tries to stand but Je is controlling from the bottom.
Buck Jr trying to control the position from guard on top but Je is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Je can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Je darts in trying to clinch
and Buck Jr counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Buck Jr.
Je misses with an elbow over the top.
Je lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Buck Jr is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Je gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Buck Jr drops back looking for a leg! Je is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Je manages to kick Buck Jr off! Buck Jr jumps back into Je's guard.
Buck Jr is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

That's time! Buck Jr's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Je wants to clinch
and Buck Jr counters by moving into the clinch.
Je tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Buck Jr tries for a takedown. No joy.
Buck Jr wants the takedown. Je is fighting it off but Buck Jr persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Je's guard against the cage.

and Buck Jr counters with a takedown into side control.
Buck Jr misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Buck Jr decides to stand back up.
Buck Jr tries to clinch up but Je circles away and keeps his distance.

Je's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Buck Jr throws a sloppy head kick and Je moves out of range easily.

Buck Jr blocks an elbow strike from Je.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Buck Jr is looking to take a break and control but Je is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Buck Jr has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Buck Jr has control of Je's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Je regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Je really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Buck Jr. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Buck Jr sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Je tries to reverse the position but Buck Jr maintains control.
Buck Jr looking to ground and pound but Je is blocking nicely.
Buck Jr is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Je moves away from the strike by Buck Jr.
Je throws a head kick but Buck Jr moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Buck Jr shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Buck Jr trying to control from Je's half guard. Je has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Buck Jr accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Buck Jr thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Buck Jr wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Je, who protects the arm well.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Buck Jr tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Buck Jr has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Je is looking for a sweep.
Buck Jr is looking to take a break and control but Je is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Je dodges the ground and pound from Buck Jr.
Forrest Buck Jr is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Je tries to improve position but can't.
Je is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Buck Jr takes a little break here. Je wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Buck Jr moves into the clinch successfully.
Je has Buck Jr pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Buck Jr manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Je tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Buck Jr smiles and moves away.
Je tries to clinch but fails miserably
so Buck Jr counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Je can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Buck Jr controls the pace.
Ray Je has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Buck Jr, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
