Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Stephens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Boon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stephens shoots in for a double leg but Boon sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Stephens has a takedown stuffed.
Boon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stephens circles away quickly and effectively.
Boon gets the takedown into side control.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stephens accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Stephens tries to lock up and control but Boon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Boon cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

I would just about give that final round to Daniel Boon.
Well Boon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
