Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between billy sliva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Bobby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob Bobby told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bobby takes a kick to the side of the head.
sliva tries to clinch up.
sliva lands a left and a right that send Bobby crashing to the mat, dazed. sliva thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Bobby is rocked!
It looks like Bob Bobby has been cut.
sliva has a takedown stuffed.
Bobby throws an overhand right that lands on sliva's shoulder, as sliva tries to avoid the shot.
sliva fails with the takedown.
sliva comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Bobby looks gassed!
Bobby defends well against a solid takedown attempt from sliva.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for billy sliva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
sliva shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bobby as he avoids it easily.
sliva shoots in looking for a takedown. Bobby tries to sprawl out of it but sliva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bobby manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from sliva.

Bobby manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Bobby tries a head kick but it misses.

sliva wants to sweep but no luck.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bobby throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. sliva was covering up waiting for the punch and Bobby finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bobby is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

and sliva counters with a low kick, right behind Bobby 's knee.
Bobby is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in sliva's half guard.

sliva is in a horrible position here. Bobby smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

and Bobby finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Bobby is taking a breather. sliva says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

I've got Bobby winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
