Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eric Cart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Morris Brown!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Brown or perhaps it was just good defense by Cart which made him look bad.
Cart tries to clinch up.
Brown changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cart tries to avoid it but Brown manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cart to the ground. Cart escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Brown misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Eric Cart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Morris Brown.
Cart tries to close the distance and clinch but Brown swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cart lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Morris Brown has been cut.

Cart lands a big head kick that sends Brown tumbling to the mat! Cart takes a step backwards and waves Brown back to his feet - he wants the finish!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Brown feints and as Cart raises his hands in defense, Brown changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Cart is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Cart is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Brown is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Cart can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Brown is looking to escape.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
