Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Veikko Valkohammas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith has chosen ''More Human Than Human'' by White Zombie as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Smith lets loose with a powerful body kick. Valkohammas will feel that in the morning.
Veikko Valkohammas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Valkohammas digs a good hook to Smith's body.
Smith feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Smith changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Valkohammas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Smith wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Valkohammas, who protects the arm well.

Smith seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Valkohammas shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Smith is backing up but Valkohammas catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Smith covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Valkohammas Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
