Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shane MacKallister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucky Strike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacKallister comes into the arena with Four Horsemen by Metallica blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shane MacKallister!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lucky Strike !
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

MacKallister changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Strike looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Strike is trying to control MacKallister's posture but MacKallister avoids it.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Strike looking to control but MacKallister is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

MacKallister has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
MacKallister slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
MacKallister is refusing to be controlled, as Strike sits in half guard.
Strike tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

MacKallister has his hands clasped together around Strike 's back. He's all about the action.
MacKallister is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Strike 's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Strike 's back!

MacKallister lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Strike hold on?!

Strike really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of MacKallister's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.
MacKallister is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Strike up.

Strike controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

The referee is taking a good look at Strike as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from MacKallister!

MacKallister working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
MacKallister controlling the position well here. Strike rolled but MacKallister kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

MacKallister is looking to finish with some ground and pound!
MacKallister has Strike flattened out and is raining down punches.
MacKallister is working the ground and pound. Can Strike escape?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Strike looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Shane MacKallister dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


MacKallister throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Strike colapses and takes a barrage of punches from MacKallister as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Strike is left battered and dazed whilst MacKallister and his camp cheer!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shane MacKallister!
