Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryu Hayabusa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tank Thunderclap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thunderclap has chosen ThunderStruck as his entrance music. Ryu Hayabusa is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Tank Thunderclap!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Franklyn Lucas and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunderclap showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hayabusa.

Thunderclap changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hayabusa looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Thunderclap tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Thunderclap has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Thunderclap. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

It looks like Tank Thunderclap has been cut.

Thunderclap drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hayabusa pulls his leg out and moves away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tank Thunderclap's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Thunderclap has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hayabusa is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
