Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ben Maples!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Eddie Farnsworth and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maples swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Maples fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Maples shoots in but no luck this time.
Case throws a head kick that Maples semi-blocks.
Maples takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A head kick misses from Case.
The fighters circling - Case throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Case slips a jab and a cross from Maples.
Maples gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Case.
Maples throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Maples swinging wildly here.
Maples takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Case decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Case sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Maples defending well though.
Maples controlling the position for now.
Maples has hold of Case's hands but Case slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Maples is looking to improve his position.
Maples is staying active underneath Case, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Case with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Maples wants to get back to his feet.
Still in half guard, Case seems content to control.
Case wants to work for an arm triangle but Maples is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Case not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Maples trying to control here.
Maples is trying to stand up here but Case is controlling him well.
Case drops an elbow to the side of Maples's head.
Maples is not content to let Case control the position.
Case trying to mount his opponent but Maples defends it.
Case decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Maples throws a low kick but Case avoids it.
Case tests Maples's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Maples throws a quick inside leg kick.

Case lands a big head kick that sends Maples tumbling to the mat! Case takes a step backwards and waves Maples back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Maples is rocked!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Case throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Maples is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
