The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sawyer looks to land a left hand but Lopez moved out of range nicely.
Samuel Sawyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sawyer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sawyer lands a left and a right that send Lopez crashing to the mat, dazed. Sawyer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lopez circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Sawyer. Lopez falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Sawyer!
