Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Turbo Chimaera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taka Yoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshi misses with a kick to the body.
Chimaera takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Chimaera looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Yoshi is fending him off so far but Chimaera persists. Nope, Yoshi circles away and we're back to standing.
Yoshi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Yoshi lands in his opponent's guard.

Chimaera knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Yoshi on the ground.

Yoshi drops back looking for a leg! Chimaera is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Chimaera manages to kick Yoshi off! Yoshi jumps back into Chimaera's guard.

Yoshi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chimaera's waist but Yoshi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Yoshi off to one side.

Yoshi has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Chimaera is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Yoshi yanks on the arm and Chimaera is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Yoshi.
