Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Franco Baresi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Woodhall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Franco Baresi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Woodhall! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Woodhall misses with a takedown attempt - Baresi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Woodhall scores a takedown into full mount! Woodhall blocks Baresi's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Woodhall wants to control the pace but Baresi is squirming around nicely. Woodhall might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Baresi kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Woodhall looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Baresi is desperately trying to improve his position but Woodhall has a good base and remains in mount. Baresi is squirming around, avoiding Woodhall's attempts to control the action. Baresi working to try and regain half guard.
Woodhall moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Baresi has worked his arm free - good work by Baresi!
That's one minute gone in the round. Baresi is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now. Woodhall is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Baresi knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Baresi is trying to control Woodhall's posture but Woodhall avoids it. Woodhall trying to control the action but Baresi is working from the bottom. Woodhall scores with punches from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Baresi is trying to get back to his feet. Woodhall trying to control the position but Baresi is working away. Woodhall working away. Baresi regains half guard. Woodhall is trying to control the action in half guard but Baresi is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Baresi is breathing heavily. Baresi looking for submissions off his back. Baresi is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Woodhall's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Woodhall's back! Woodhall rolls, trying to escape but Baresi keeps control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Woodhall trying to control the position but Baresi manages to sink in the hooks. Baresi keeps control of the position as Woodhall tries to break free.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Woodhall just trying to survive but Baresi is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Woodhall turns into Baresi and is now in his guard.
Woodhall drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Baresi dives on top into guard. Woodhall working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Baresi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Baresi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Baresi pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Woodhall is keeping the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Woodhall wants to stand and escape but Baresi is having none of it. Baresi wants to control from the top but Woodhall keeps moving. Baresi scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Woodhall is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Woodhall looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Baresi working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Woodhall's head. Baresi stands up and waves to Woodhall to follow him. Woodhall avoids the body shot from Baresi.
Baresi clinches up with Woodhall and pushes him back against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Franco Baresi dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Baresi closes the distance and clinches. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Baresi looking for a takedown. Woodhall is working for takedown but Baresi is calmly controlling the position for now. Baresi is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Woodhall can't fight it off and eventually Baresi manages to take the fight to the floor. Woodhall looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Baresi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Baresi stands up from guard. Let's bang! Woodhall lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Woodhall. Woodhall tries to keep at a distance but Baresi has taken the fight into the clinch. Baresi is pressed up against the cage. Woodhall has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Baresi down to the mat. Baresi avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Woodhall gets caught flat footed, as Baresi shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Woodhall looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Baresi working some strikes from top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woodhall has his feet on Baresi's thighs here. He's pushed Baresi off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Baresi screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
