The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elliott shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johnson sprawls well. Johnson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Elliott gets slowly back to his feet.
Elliott throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Johnson throws a hook to the side of Elliott's head but Elliott sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
