The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Piekny uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Junior.
Piekny pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

A big head kick from Piekny and Junior is sent sprawling to the canvas!

It looks like Ruthless Junior has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Piekny postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Junior is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Piekny, into his guard.
Junior must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Piekny wants to get back to his feet but Junior is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Junior gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Piekny throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Junior is still on wobbly legs! Can Piekny finish him?
Piekny is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Junior.
Piekny misses with an uppercut.
Junior blocks a jab.
Piekny looks to land a right hand but Junior moved out of range.
Piekny throws a hook to the side of Junior's head but Junior sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Junior uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Piekny.
Piekny throws a right hand that Junior ducks under and follows up with a left that Junior also avoids with ease.
A swing and a miss from Piekny.
Junior staying out of range there.
Junior seems to have recovered his senses.
Piekny gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Junior scores with the left hand. Piekny knows he should have avoided that one.

Piekny is rocked!
Junior steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Piekny is out on his feet! Junior sets himself and nearly takes Piekny's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
