The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark tries to close the distance and clinch up but Haapasalo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Haapasalo scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Clark pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Good standup being displayed there by Haapasalo as he connects with a hook.
Clark goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Clark rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Haapasalo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Clark looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Haapasalo blocks a head kick by Clark.
Haapasalo lands a nice shot to the body.
Clark is breathing heavily.

Haapasalo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Haapasalo lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Haapasalo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Haapasalo lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Clark falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
