Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Kishigawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Selly Sel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Andrew Kishigawa has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Andrew Kishigawa seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrew Kishigawa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Selly Sel! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Sel!
Sel tries to land a leg kick but Kishigawa saw it coming and moves away.
Kishigawa is looking to clinch but Sel is avoiding it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Kishigawa looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Kishigawa doesn't manage to clinch there - Sel circles away.
Sel throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kishigawa tries to clinch but Sel is having none of it. Kishigawa darts in and clinches Sel up against the cage. Sel on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Sel wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kishigawa has him pressed against the cage. Sel on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Kishigawa putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Sel in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Sel is trying to break the clinch but Kishigawa is controlling him. Kishigawa missing with knees to the body.

Kishigawa wants the takedown. Sel is fighting it off but Kishigawa persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Sel's guard against the cage. Sel is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kishigawa is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kishigawa throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Kishigawa missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kishigawa sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sel's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kishigawa working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Kishigawa prevents Sel from standing back up.
Kishigawa thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sel's head. Sel is looking to escape. Kishigawa missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Kishigawa is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sel avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kishigawa moves in looking to clinch but Sel pushes him off. Kishigawa wants to clinch. Sel lands a really nice looking cross but Kishigawa seems unphased.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sel throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sel throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Kishigawa has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kishigawa has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sel is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Sel on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Sel fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Sel blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Kishigawa tries a knee to the head but Sel blocks it.
Kishigawa is breathing heavily. Sel managing to block the knees to the body from Kishigawa.

Sel tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kishigawa smiles and moves away.
Sel blocks a low kick nicely. A nice combination there by Sel.
Sel throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sel drops Kishigawa with a beautiful combination! Kishigawa stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Sel is looking for the KO!
Kishigawa is rocked! Sel lands a slapping body shot.
Oh Kishigawa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Sel lands with a right and another and another! Kishigawa is in big trouble! Sel lands again and this time it's lights out for Kishigawa! A quality knockout there for Sel.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Selly Sel!
