Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edin Begovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think James might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Metallica - Some Kind of Monster. Begovic is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kvelertak - Fossegrim. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Edin Begovic!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Begovic on the side of the head.
James looks to land a left hand but Begovic moved out of range nicely.
Begovic looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
James drops Begovic with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Begovic looks back up at him and smiles so James waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Begovic is rocked!
It looks like Edin Begovic has been cut.
Begovic closes this distance looking for a takedown but James circles away.
James throws a monster overhand right that drops Begovic! James follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kevin James!
