Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gary Moskavony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raviel Lockheart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gary Moskavony has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gary Moskavony! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Raviel Lockheart! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moskavony slaps away a takedown attempt from Lockheart, before circling back to the center of the mat. Lockheart should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Moskavony tries for a takedown but Lockheart circles away easily and Lockheart counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Moskavony's guard now. Moskavony is trying to keep Lockheart in close.
Moskavony has Lockheart pulled in close to control his posture. Moskavony will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Moskavony has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lockheart can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Moskavony really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Lockheart slips nicely into half guard. Moskavony kicks off Lockheart and gets to his feet. Moskavony misses with a few strikes there.
Lockheart tries a head kick but it misses.
Moskavony misses with a takedown and Lockheart counters with a shoot takedown. Moskavony fights it but they end up in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moskavony is controlling Lockheart's posture. Moskavony is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Moskavony working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lockheart. Moskavony is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Moskavony wants to control but Lockheart is keeping him busy. Lockheart moves into full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Moskavony pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lockheart is keeping the position for now. Moskavony looking to sit in guard and control but Lockheart gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Lockheart wants to pass the guard but Moskavony is keeping the position. Lockheart looks gassed! Lockheart drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lockheart jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Moskavony throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moskavony pulls Lockheart in close to prevent any damage. Moskavony keeping full guard, as Lockheart tries to pass. Moskavony wants to stand up but Lockheart is controlling him.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Moskavony drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Moskavony thows a big elbow that misses. Moskavony gets to his feet - Lockheart follows without any prompting. Moskavony looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Moskavony is working for a kimura but Lockheart is defending it quite comfortably.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lockheart tries to get to full guard but Moskavony has control of the leg. Moskavony sitting and controlling from the half guard. Moskavony sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Lockheart defending well though. Lockheart on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Gary Moskavony will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Moskavony shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Moskavony wants to control from the top but Lockheart keeps moving. Moskavony wants to pass the guard but Lockheart is keeping the position. Moskavony loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Moskavony trying to control but Lockheart is working from the bottom. Moskavony lands a couple of elbows. Lockheart is breathing heavily. Moskavony pushing down on Lockheart's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Moskavony keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moskavony stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Moskavony drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Moskavony trying to control the position from guard on top but Lockheart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Moskavony working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Moskavony chips away with some ground and pound. Moskavony is looking to stand up but Lockheart won't let him. Moskavony is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Moskavony stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lockheart swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moskavony pushing down on Lockheart's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Moskavony frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moskavony works his way to his opponent's back.
What can Lockheart do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Moskavony tries to get the hooks in deep but Lockheart pushed the leg off. Gary Moskavony overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moskavony working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Moskavony is looking for the choke from the back position but Lockheart is controlling his hands well. Moskavony slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Lockheart is keeping busy.
Moskavony is working for a rear naked choke. Lockheart is not defending it well and Moskavony has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Lockheart refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Lockheart's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Gary Moskavony!
