Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emanuel Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Dahh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emanuel Young!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Dahh!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dahh pinned against the cage. Dahh gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Young looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Young will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Young closes the distance and clinches up with Dahh, looking for a takedown. Young pushes Dahh against the cage but Dahh circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Emanuel Young. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Young slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Dahh gets to his feet. Young looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Dahh thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Dahh lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Dahh tries to pass the half guard into mount. Young knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Dahh tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

and Dahh decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Young's guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Dahh closes this distance looking for a takedown but Young circles away.

Young decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Dahh moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dahh has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Young wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Dahh drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Dahh seems to have locked his on tight now - Young screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Dahh, as he picks up the win!
