The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goolara shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bear defends it nicely.
Bear looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Goolara closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bear to the mat! Bear manages to get full guard.
Goolara has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bear to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Goolara is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bear pulls down on the head and he's put Goolara to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Teddy Bear!
