Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zurkumi Tahir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rok Koleznik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Koleznik has chosen Sladko Vince as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zurkumi Tahir! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rok Koleznik! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Koleznik tries to clinch up. Koleznik is looking to clinch. Tahir swats away the attempt to clinch by Koleznik. Koleznik moves in looking to clinch but Tahir pushes him off. Koleznik tries to clinch up but Tahir circles away and keeps his distance. Tahir scores with a takedown into Koleznik's guard. Tahir wants to control from the top but Koleznik keeps moving. Koleznik lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Tahir! Koleznik jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Tahir manages to avoid the submission attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Koleznik tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Koleznik has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Tahir is trying to control Koleznik's posture but Koleznik avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tahir is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Koleznik is trying to get an arm triangle but Tahir is defending well. You can see the frustration on Tahir's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Tahir dodges the ground and pound from Koleznik. Tahir is trying to work for a sweep but Koleznik has mounted him! Tahir wants to control but Koleznik is having none of it. Koleznik looking to control but Tahir is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Koleznik is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Tahir has managed to escape the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Koleznik prevents Tahir from getting the reversal. Tahir looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Tahir is in bad spot here.
Tahir trying to control the action but Koleznik just sinks the hooks in. Tahir is trying to break free.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koleznik looking for the RNC. Koleznik looks gassed! Koleznik misses with punches from the back. Koleznik struggling to land strikes to the head as Tahir covers up. You can see the frustration on Tahir's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Koleznik not allowing Tahir to control his hands. Tahir knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Koleznik on the ground. Tahir is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Koleznik has the hooks in. Tahir is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Well, with Koleznik on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Tahir is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

Rok Koleznik dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Tahir swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Koleznik tries to clinch up. Rok Koleznik is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Tahir shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Tahir seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Koleznik does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Tahir is looking to advance position but Koleznik won't allow it. Koleznik wants to get back to full guard. Koleznik won't allow Tahir to pass to mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tahir sitting and controlling from the half guard. Koleznik regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's one minute gone in the round. Koleznik is trying to control the position but Tahir postures up. Koleznik keeping moving, preventing Tahir from controlling successfully. Koleznik working for a triangle but Tahir defends it easily.
Koleznik is breathing heavily. Tahir won't allow Koleznik to sweep him here. Koleznik has his foot on Tahir's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tahir works his way back into a safe position though. Tahir stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Koleznik swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tahir is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tahir pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Koleznik is keeping the position for now. Tahir wants to control from the top but Koleznik keeps moving.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Koleznik tries to clinch there but Tahir circles away.
Koleznik lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Koleznik bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Tahir shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Tahir is looking to take a break and control but Koleznik is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koleznik is trying to get back to full guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Tahir seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Koleznik does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Koleznik avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Tahir. Tahir wants to lay and pray for a moment but Koleznik keeps working. Tahir trying to mount his opponent but Koleznik defends it.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Tahir closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Tahir trying to control the action but Koleznik is working from the bottom. Koleznik manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tahir is looking to pass Koleznik's guard but actually Koleznik recovers to full guard. Tahir trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Koleznik manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Tahir is trying to keep Koleznik in close.
Koleznik forces his way into half guard. Tahir wants to improve his position but Koleznik is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Zurkumi Tahir will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Tahir throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Koleznik sees it coming and avoids it easily. Koleznik is looking to clinch but Tahir is avoiding it.
Tahir throws the left hand but Koleznik avoids the punch easily. Tahir shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Koleznik wants to improve his position but Tahir is controlling well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tahir wants to control but Koleznik is keeping him busy. Tahir prevents Koleznik from improving his position. Koleznik takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Koleznik manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Koleznik is trying to control the position from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Koleznik gets caught flat footed, as Tahir shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Tahir has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Tahir stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Koleznik swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tahir trying to control the position from guard on top but Koleznik is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tahir is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Koleznik is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Tahir preventing the sweep.

Tahir shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Koleznik napping and manages to drive through into side control! Koleznik is looking to regain half guard here but Tahir keeps moving and retains side control. Koleznik is not content to let Tahir control the position. Koleznik tries to bench press Tahir off him but Tahir keeps the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Tahir misses with an uppercut. Koleznik saw that one coming. Good standup being displayed there by Tahir as he connects with a hook. Tahir missing with a left hand there. Koleznik was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Tahir scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Koleznik gets back to full guard.
