The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stomping takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Left hook, right uppercut from Liddell.
Liddell throws a right hand that Stomping ducks under and follows up with a left that Stomping also avoids with ease.
Stomping lands a head shot.

Stomping darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Stomping working over Liddell with some ground and pound. Liddell looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Stomping is working for a submission of some sort.
Liddell tries to kick Stomping off but Stomping keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Stomping has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Liddell trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Stomping throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Liddell wants to get back to his feet.

Stomping seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Liddell is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
