Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Marcus Green!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, diego madureira!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
madureira tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A big right from Green misses.
Green misses with a body kick.
madureira shoots in but no luck this time.
madureira is looking to clinch but Green is avoiding it.
madureira fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Green lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Green closes the distance and clinches.
Green prevents a takedown attempt there.
Marcus Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of diego madureira.
madureira looks gassed!
Green breaks from the clinch.
Green shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. madureira manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Green is looking to work some ground and pound but madureira has wrist control.
Green wants to control from the top but madureira keeps moving.
Green throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Green drops back looking for a leg! madureira is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and madureira manages to kick Green off! Green jumps back into madureira's guard.
Green stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. madureira swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
madureira misses with a takedown
enabling Green to counter with a crisp jab.
Green throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Green misses with a two punch combination.
madureira wants to clinch but Green slips to the side
and Green counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Green jabs at madureira's body.
Green connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed madureira momentarily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Green swings and misses with a hook to the body.
madureira checks the leg kick.
Green cracks madureira with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! madureira falls to his knees and Green doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
