Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glen Growes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Growes moves out of range of the strikes.
A decent looking cross lands there for Griffin.
Growes fails with a takedown attempt.
Griffin throws a hook but Growes avoids it easily.
Growes drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Growes will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Growes wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Griffin, who protects the arm well.
Growes trying to control the action but Griffin is working from the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Growes slips a jab and a cross from Griffin.
Griffin just misses with a punch to the body.

A big right followed by a crushing left from Griffin knocks Growes out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
