Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wielki Vlad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power has chosen blue moon as his entrance music. Max Power is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Power should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Vlad tries to clinch but Power is having none of it.
Power ducks under a wild hook from Vlad.
Power connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Vlad misses with a hook. Power ducked under it nicely.
Power clinches with his opponent.
Power's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Vlad turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Vlad manages to end up in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Power is trying to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Power is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Vlad decides to stand back up.
Power tries a head kick but it misses.
Power feints and as Vlad raises his hands in defense, Power changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Power stands up from Vlad's guard - Power perhaps looking for a knockout.
Power feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vlad pushes Power off and gets back to his feet.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Power has hold of one of Vlad's legs. Vlad is fighting the takedown attempt but Power gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Power is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Vlad is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Power stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vlad swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Power looks gassed!
Power won't allow Vlad to get back to his feet.
Vlad has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Power off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Power moves into range and clinches up with Vlad.
Vlad tightens his grip and picks Power up, before dumping him to the ground. Power manages to land in guard.
Vlad gets to his feet - Power follows without any prompting.
Wielki Vlad seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vlad is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Power.
Power pushes Vlad up against the cage in a clinch.
Power lands an elbow just above Vlad 's eye.
Power has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Vlad is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Vlad working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Power drags the fight down to the ground.
Power really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vlad. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Power is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Vlad is on the wrong end of a couple of strikes there.

Power manages to escape and get back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Power fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Vlad tries to clinch
and Power counters with a good, hard body kick but Vlad shrugs it off.
Vlad wants to clinch
and Power counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Power.
Power tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Power manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Power wants to stand but Vlad is controlling the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Vlad's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Power can do anything to dispel that myth.
Power uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Power scores a takedown into full mount!
Power working for a guillotine from mount but Vlad is in no mood to give up.
Vlad wants to try and get back to his feet.
Vlad really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Vlad is working hard here to advance position.

Power scoring with strikes but Vlad is staying in there.

Power can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Vlad is looking to escape.

Power is landing with some decent strikes but Vlad is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Vlad really wants to buck Power off and get back to his feet.
Vlad is trying desperately to improve position.

Vlad tries to reverse the position but Power maintains control.

Power raining down shots from the mount!
Vlad is desperately trying to improve his position but Power has a good base and remains in mount.
Power landing strikes from the mount and Vlad is in trouble!
Vlad is rocked!
Vlad gets back to half guard.
Oh Vlad is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vlad missing with punches from the bottom.
Power is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Vlad is looking for a sweep. Power is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Vlad seems to have got his legs back now.
Power is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Vlad tries to kick Power off but Power keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Power seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max Power dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Vlad scores with a crisp jab that stopped Power in his tracks.
Vlad tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Power counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Power.
Vlad is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Power is controlling him.
Vlad bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Power's guard.
Power is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Power with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Power prevents Vlad from standing back up.
Vlad moves into full guard.
Power is in close to Vlad's body, working some short punches and elbows.
It looks like Wielki Vlad has been cut.

Power is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Vlad is in big trouble! Power is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Vlad. Poor guy.
