The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Razor throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jonson shoots in for a takedown but Razor shows good takedown defense.
Jonson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Razor napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Razor is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Jonson has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Razor tries to escape but Jonson is in control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Pit Jonson.
Razor displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jonson.

Razor looks to land a combination but Jonson avoids it well.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Razor kicks Jonson off and gets to his feet.
Razor tries to close the distance and clinch but Jonson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Jonson shoots in for a double leg but Razor sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Mikkel Razor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pit Jonson.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Razor throws a good cross that connects.
Razor fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jonson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Razor is trying to defend but Jonson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Razor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jonson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Razor defends it nicely.

Let's hope that Jonson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Jonson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Razor swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jonson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Razor manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
