Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mordecai Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankestein Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mir comes into a darkened arena with his song building. FRANKIE by 80Kidz; So Coool! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Mordecai Carver could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Frankestein Mir's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mordecai Carver! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frankestein Mir! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carver tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Carver throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Mir's head.
It looks like Frankestein Mir has been cut. Mir shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Mir is working for a submission of some sort.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mir prevents Carver from improving his position. Mir wants to advance to full mount but Carver doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Mir drops back looking for a leg! Carver is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Carver manages to kick Mir off! Mir jumps back into Carver's guard. Mir postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Carver is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mir, into his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carver trying to control the position from guard on top but Mir is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Carver won't allow Mir to sweep him here. Carver is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Carver wanted to stand there but Mir had control of the position. Mir wants to sweep here but Carver controlling him for the moment. Carver trying to control the position from guard on top but Mir is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mir is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Carver looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Mir frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Mir looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Carver is trying desperately to improve position. Mir working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Carver reaches up to try and control the position but Mir seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Carver rolls and tries to escape and now Mir has his back!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carver defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Mir working for the choke. Mir working for a choke but Carver is defending well. Mir looking for the RNC. Mir looks gassed! Mir patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carver tries to escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mir is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Mir is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Carver defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Carver rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Carver is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frankestein Mir dominated that round. The cut man is working on Frankestein Mir's cut. That's time! Carver's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Carver throws a head kick but Mir moves out of range.
Mir takes a swing at Carver's ribcage but misses. Mir changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Carver looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Mir thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Carver is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Carver wants to get back to full guard. Carver is pressing down on Mir's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Mir looking to pass the guard. Mir passes Carver's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Carver is looking for a sweep. Mir is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Mir passes to side control. Mir has hold of Carver's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Carver seems comfortable defending it but Mir has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Carver is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Carver is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Mir couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Frankestein Mir!
