The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yeboah shoots in looking for a takedown. solid tries to sprawl out of it but Yeboah keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. solid manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
solid fails with the takedown
and Yeboah counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
solid is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Yeboah pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
solid looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Yeboah sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. solid defending well though.
Yeboah is looking to advance position but solid won't allow it.

The fighters are battling for position here. solid manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
solid has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Yeboah can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

solid working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Yeboah doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Yeboah manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

solid is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Yeboah frees his head nicely. Oh but solid has switched to an armbar! Yeboah is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
