The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Williams 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Zebub bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Williams pushes Zebub away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Zebub gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Zebub misses with the ground and pound.
Zebub lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Williams down.
Zebub is working Williams over with some ground and pound from side control.
Williams is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Zebub off and has taken his back!
Zebub has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Zebub connects with a nice short shot to Williams's temple.
Williams makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Williams.
Zebub postures up in Williams's guard and throws a big left but Williams blocks it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
