The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bright takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dantes.
Bright dives in and grabs Dantes's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dantes pushes down on Bright's head and hops out.
Bright has Dantes up against the cage in a clinch.
Dantes can't break the clinch.
Bright has had enough of the clinch but Dantes keeps him there for the moment.
Bright lands a body shot in the clinch.
Dantes looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Dantes breaks the clinch.
Bright shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dantes as he avoids it easily.
Dantes throws a quick inside leg kick.
Bright shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dantes defends it nicely.
Edmond Dantes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Bright.
Dantes lands with a thumping leg kick.
Dantes connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Bright takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Bright fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Bright takes one on the button.

Dantes throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Dantes clobbers Bright with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A shot to the liver by Dantes. Beautiful body shot.
Dantes scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Daniel Bright has been cut.
Dantes uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bright has time to react.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dantes throws a looping overhand right but Bright ducks down to avoid it.
Bright is still on wobbly legs! Can Dantes finish him?
Dantes throws a big shot that misses.
Dantes missing with a left hand there. Bright was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Edmond Dantes is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dantes feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Bright crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
