Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wilford Brimely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neil Cadwallader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cadwallader fails in his attempt to clinch.
A slow jab from Brimely misses its intended target.
Cadwallader shoots in looking for a takedown. Brimely tries to sprawl out of it but Cadwallader keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brimely manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brimely. Cadwallader does a little dance to reset his feet.
Brimely connects with a right hand. Cadwallader shakes it off.
Brimely throws a looping overhand right but Cadwallader ducks down to avoid it.

Brimely scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Cadwallader throws a head kick that misses.
Cadwallader on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Brimely misses with a straight left.
Brimely uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Brimely scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cadwallader moves in looking to clinch but Brimely pushes him off.
Brimely throws a hook but Cadwallader avoids it easily.
Brimely lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Cadwallader avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Cadwallader steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Brimely.

Brimely gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Cadwallader to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Cadwallader throws and elbow that misses. Brimely uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Cadwallader's guard. Nice move by Brimely!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brimely pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cadwallader is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brimely wants to control from the top but Cadwallader keeps moving.
Cadwallader lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Brimely!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Brimely is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Poor strikes thrown by Cadwallader there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Cadwallader swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
