Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rick Mancini!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lucas Luck!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luck showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Mancini.
Luck fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mancini avoids it really well and circles away.
Luck moves out of range of the leg kick from Mancini.

and Luck counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

and Luck counters with a three punch combo that has Mancini backing up. Mancini nods at Luck to acknowledge the strikes.

Luck shoots in looking for a takedown. Mancini tries to sprawl out of it but Luck keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mancini manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Mancini rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Luck moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Mancini wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lucas Luck showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Mancini is trying to control Luck's posture but Luck avoids it.

Mancini pushes Luck away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Luck gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
