Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shane takedown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and titus mora (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
takedown slips a jab and a cross from mora.
takedown gets a takedown into half guard.
mora is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but takedown pulls his head out easily.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
takedown's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

takedown takes a little break here. mora wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Shane takedown.

takedown jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as mora walks away with a smile on his face. takedown gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
mora fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with takedown, pushing him back against the cage.
takedown lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down mora.
mora tries to pull guard but takedown won't allow it.
mora has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics takedown uses from the top position.

takedown is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! mora is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! mora has escaped and now he's on top!

mora ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. mora no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

mora pushes takedown off and scrambles back to his feet.

and takedown counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in mora's guard now.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Shane takedown.
