Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Barker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Dillan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barker's entrance music is Remember The Name By Fort Minor. A fine choice. Dillan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kick Ass kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bob Barker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Max Dillan!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Franklyn Lucas and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barker on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Barker shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dillan as he avoids it easily.
Dillan has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Dillan takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Dillan misses with a straight left.
Dillan throws a body punch but Barker moves out of range.
Dillan drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Barker misses with a straight right.
Max Dillan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dillan wants to improve his position but Barker is controlling well.

Barker seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Dillan wants to get back to full guard.
Dillan wants to control but Barker passes into side.
Barker scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Dillan to see if he's OK.

Barker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Barker looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Dillan is defending against the submission attempts here by Barker.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Barker looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Dillan is trying to maintain the position but Barker is very close to passing his half guard.
Dillan gets back to full guard.
Barker wants to pass the guard but Dillan is keeping the position.
Barker postures up in Dillan's guard and throws a big left but Dillan blocks it.

Barker lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Barker accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Dillan misses with a jab to the body

Dillan moves out of range as Barker strikes.
Dillan fails with the takedown.
Barker lands with a hook. Dillan tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Dillan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Barker moves away.

and Barker counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dillan won't be happy with that.

Barker is trying to get an arm triangle but Dillan is defending well.
Dillan tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Dillan can't do much from the bottom here.

Barker is working Dillan over with some ground and pound from side control.

Barker is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Dillan has escaped the position, nice work there.
Dillan tries to bench press Barker off him but Barker keeps the position.
Dillan is trying to control Barker's posture but Barker avoids it.
Dillan might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Barker kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


Dillan tries to bum rush Barker with a series of wild strikes but Barker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Barker looks to score with a jab to the body but Dillan is just out of range.
Max Dillan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Barker takes a swing at Dillan's ribcage but misses.
Dillan avoids the body shot from Barker.

Dillan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Dillan is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Barker rather than just go for the knockout.

Barker throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dillan stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Barker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Barker slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Dillan takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Nice straight punches there by Barker. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Barker.

Barker is looking to slow Dillan down with leg kicks.
Dillan needs to keep his hands up - Barker had a free shot at his head there.

Well Barker has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
