Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drunken Hare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirk Diggler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hare drops Diggler with a right and a left! Hare comes rushing in but Diggler regains his composure and manages to keep Hare in guard.
Diggler is rocked!
It looks like Dirk Diggler has been cut.
Diggler looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Diggler has momentary wrist control but Hare slips an elbow through the middle.

Diggler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hare. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Diggler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hare swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hare working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Diggler doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Diggler manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Hare uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Hare feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well Hare has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
