The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lott misses with a two punch combination.
Murphy slips a jab and a cross from Lott.
Lott looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Lott throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Murphy.
Ronnie Lott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lott has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lott can't find room to land a body shot as Murphy controls the action.
Lott lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Murphy.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Lott.
Murphy wants a takedown.
Lott lands a shot to the body.
Murphy avoiding damage as Lott throws knees to the body.

Lott gets through Murphy's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Murphy keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lott's efforts to push away.
Lott is trying to break the clinch but Murphy has him pressed against the cage.

Murphy is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lott pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Ronnie Lott has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jonny Murphy.

Murphy changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lott fights it off and pushes away nicely.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Lott clinches up with Murphy and pushes him back against the cage.
The referee calls for Lott to work.
Lott wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Murphy has him pressed against the cage.

Murphy is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Lott misses with a hook to the ribs.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
Ronnie Lott dominated that round.

Lott tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Murphy paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Murphy checks a leg kick.
Lott moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Lott lands a lovely overhand right.
Left hook, right uppercut from Lott.
Murphy is rocked!
Lott throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Murphy is still on wobbly legs! Can Lott finish him?
Murphy avoids the head kick by Lott.
Murphy seems to have recovered his senses.
A nice combination there by Lott.

Lott circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Murphy to the canvas! Murphy doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Lott keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
