Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between CJ Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Simmons shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Simmons tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tyson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Simmons had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Tyson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Simmons Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tyson's back instead.
A lull in the action here.
Simmons sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Tyson taps out!
