Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Losefa Tuilagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Daniel Cook! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tuilagi looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tuilagi fails with an attempt to clinch.
A jab lands there for Cook. Tuilagi feints and as Cook raises his hands in defense, Tuilagi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Cook looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Cook will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Cook is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Cook looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Cook has a closed guard, preventing Tuilagi from standing up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Tuilagi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Cook lands a really nice looking cross but Tuilagi seems unphased.
Tuilagi blocks a jab. Cook throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Tuilagi shoots in and drives through. Cook sprawls well. Tuilagi is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Cook's half guard. Cook is looking for a sweep. Tuilagi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Tuilagi seems to be looking for submissions.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cook bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tuilagi's guard. Tuilagi keeping moving, preventing Cook from controlling successfully. Tuilagi looking to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cook controlling from the top position. Tuilagi keeping moving, preventing Cook from controlling successfully. Cook working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cook decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Cook lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Losefa Tuilagi has been cut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Tuilagi moves in looking to clinch but Cook pushes him off. Tuilagi looks for a takedown but Cook sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Losefa Tuilagi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tuilagi misses with a takedown attempt - Cook sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Cook connects with a right hand. Tuilagi shakes it off. Tuilagi doesn't manage to clinch there - Cook circles away.
Cook scores with the left hand. Tuilagi knows he should have avoided that one. Tuilagi takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

A left lands for Cook. Cook connects with a crisp jab. Cook cracks Tuilagi with a right hand to the side of the head. Cook might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Cook connects with a single shot there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel Cook dominated that round. The cut man is working on Losefa Tuilagi's cut. That's time! Tuilagi's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Tuilagi shoots in for a takedown but Cook shows good takedown defense. Excellent takedown into side control there by Cook. Cook slows the pace down. Tuilagi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cook on the ground. Cook working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. A control attempt from Tuilagi but he's now mounted! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook wants to control the pace but Tuilagi is squirming around nicely. Tuilagi wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Cook.
Cook cracks Tuilagi with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Cook tries to control but Tuilagi wriggling away. Cook content just to control the position here. Tuilagi is trying to escape the mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Cook stands up from mount. Strange move. Tuilagi misses with a takedown enabling Cook to counter with a crisp jab. Cook throws a shot from downtown. Tuilagi moves away and avoids it. Tuilagi tries to clinch but Cook moves out of range. Tuilagi on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cook tries to bum rush Tuilagi with a series of wild strikes but Tuilagi uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cook scores with a jab. Tuilagi acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Tuilagi misses with a takedown and Cook counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Losefa Tuilagi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tuilagi has hold of Cook's hands but Cook slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Cook working Tuilagi over with strikes. Nice strikes from Cook there. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cook connects with a nice short shot to Tuilagi's temple. Cook sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tuilagi defending well though. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Cook in particular looking to stall. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel Cook showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Losefa Tuilagi's cut. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Cook fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Tuilagi is looking to clinch but Cook is avoiding it.
Tuilagi gets the takedown into side control. Cook parries the strikes from Tuilagi easily there. Tuilagi is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Cook to escape.
Cook gets back to half guard. Cook manages to escape and get back to his feet! Cook cracks Tuilagi with a good jab. Tuilagi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cook's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook working for a triangle but Tuilagi defends it easily.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Cook working a defensive guard here.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Cook is on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Cook working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Tuilagi tries to land a sweep but no joy. Cook is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Daniel Cook has got the better of the ground game so far. Cook drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Tuilagi manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Cook has Tuilagi in his guard. Cook wants to improve his position but instead Tuilagi has moved into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cook looking for submissions off his back. Cook trying to get back to full guard but Tuilagi takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Tuilagi controlling from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Tuilagi prevents Cook from getting the reversal. Losefa Tuilagi has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Cook doing his best to control the position. Can he escape? Cook is wriggling around trying to escape.
And that's the end of the fight! Losefa Tuilagi showed his dominance in that final round. Well Cook has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
