Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between victor king (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Medici (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Medici's choice of entrance music: "Aerials" by System of a Down. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
king takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like victor king has been cut.
Medici misses with a body shot.
Medici lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but king circles away quickly and effectively.

Medici loads up on a big right hand but king slips the punch.
Medici misses with an uppercut. king saw that one coming.
king shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Medici sprawls well. Medici wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. king gets slowly back to his feet.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

king ducks straight into an uppercut from Medici and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - king manages to regain guard straight away.

Let's hope that Medici has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Medici has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Medici's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Medici lands a nice hook to king's body. king takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

king will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Medici seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Medici is pushing down on king's leg trying to pass to half guard. king is fighting to maintain full guard but Medici has managed to sneak the leg through.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

king tries to kick Medici off in order to stand up. Medici Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
king is trying to buck Medici off.
The referee asks Medici politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Medici prefers to stall for the moment though.
Medici has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for king!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Medici tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
king is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Medici content just to control the position here.

You get the feeling that king really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
king is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Antonio Medici comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Medici has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
