Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Figueira changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Zampietre looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Figueira throwing strikes but Zampietre manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Figueira is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Zampietre tries to stand and escape but Figueira is controlling the position.
Zampietre postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Figueira to stand up.
Zampietre wants to clinch.
Figueira fails to land the takedown.
Figueira circles away from the clinch attempt.

Figueira bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Figueira connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Zampietre some visible discomfort.

Zampietre takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Zampietre tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Jeffe Zampietre comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
