Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Louden Swain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piston Honda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Louden Swain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Piston Honda! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Honda tries to close the distance and clinch but Swain swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Honda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Swain paws at him with a jab and circles away. Swain throws a hook but Honda avoids it easily. Honda leaves Swain with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Swain scores with a jab to the head.
Honda tries to close the distance and clinch up but Swain swats him away and circles back towards the center. Swain misses with a looping right. Louden Swain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Honda bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Swain closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Swain lands a nice forearm strike. Honda is trying to get back to his feet. Swain has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Swain wants to control but Honda is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Swain working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Swain fails to land a wild elbow strike.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Nice defenses there by Honda. A telegraphed right hand from Swain misses the target. Crunch! Honda slams his shin into Swain's torso. Honda takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Swain drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Swain wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Honda, who protects the arm well. Swain working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Honda is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Swain has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Swain working the ground and pound but Honda is defending the strikes. Honda tries to escape but Swain is in control. Swain tries for a kimura but Honda is defending well. Honda is pushing Swain's head away, looking to escape. Swain manages to hold on to the position though.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Swain throws a shot to the body.
Swain shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Honda but Honda pushes him off and we're back to square one. Honda uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Swain. Swain looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Swain thows a big elbow that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Swain postures up in Honda's guard and throws a big left but Honda blocks it. Swain keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Honda's head. Honda wants to stand up but Swain is controlling him. Honda working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Swain. Honda keeping moving, preventing Swain from controlling successfully. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Swain prevents Honda from getting back to his feet.

Swain comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Honda fails with a takedown attempt. Honda attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Honda bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Piston Honda is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Swain misses with a wild body shot. Swain keeps the fight on the outside. Honda moves away from the strike by Swain. Swain scores with a hook. Swain misses the jab. Honda uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Swain. Swain blocks the body kick.

Swain cracks Honda with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Honda walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Swain checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Swain dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Honda fails with an attempt to clinch.

and Swain makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Honda wants to clinch and Swain counters with a single leg into guard. Honda didn't expect that. Swain is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Swain prevents Honda from getting back to his feet. Swain thows a big elbow that misses. Honda keeping moving, preventing Swain from controlling successfully. Honda kicks Swain off and gets to his feet. Honda walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Swain connects with a body shot. Swain takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A head kick misses from Honda. Swain fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Honda sprawls well initially but Swain persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Honda blocking the ground and pound attempt from Swain.
That's one minute gone in the round. Swain prevents Honda from standing back up.
Honda is breathing heavily. Swain looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Honda instigates a clinch. Swain tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Honda just stands there and leans against the cage. Honda lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Swain backwards. Swain tries to pull guard but Honda holds him up against the cage and eventually Swain drops back down to his feet.
Honda breaks the clinch.
Swain looks to land a right hand but Honda moved out of range. Honda throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Swain throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Swain changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Swain misses with a double jab.
Swain throws a jab when Honda was well out of range. Honda takes one to the chin there. Honda has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Swain finds it's way round the side to connect with Honda's head. Swain lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Honda backs up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Swain tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Honda swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Louden Swain. That's going to take a lot out of him. Honda ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Honda shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Swain smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Honda throws a push kick but Swain slaps the foot to one side. Swain throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Honda uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Swain. Swain tries to keep at a distance but Honda has taken the fight into the clinch. Honda prevents the takedown attempt.
Honda is looking to break free of the clinch but Swain has double underhooks. Honda pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Excellent takedown into side control there by Swain. Honda is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Swain has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Honda is looking to get back to his feet here but Swain is keeping cool and he's managed to take Honda's back. Swain somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. Swain punches the canvas rather than the man. Honda is trying to get back to his feet but Swain has full control of the position and if anything, Honda has just worked his way into a worse spot. Honda looking very determined here, making life difficult for Swain.
Swain throwing wild punches that miss their target. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Swain's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Swain connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Honda's hands. Swain avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Honda scoring well with a low kick there.

Honda throws out a leg kick but Swain moves out of range and Honda only half commits. Swain throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Swain scores with a punch to the head. Swain ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Swain avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Swain missing with a left hand there. Honda was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Honda wants to slow Swain down by chopping away at his legs. Swain misses with a straight right. Swain swinging wildly here.

Honda is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Honda takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Swain is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Honda can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Honda is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Swain takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Swain landing strikes from the mount. Swain working Honda over with strikes here. Honda tries to buck Swain off but he can't manage it. Swain looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Honda is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight! Louden Swain showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Swain, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
